I am not knowledgable enough about books to be able to know exactly which book to recommend to each child in my class at any given moment.  And even if I was, I'm not sure that would be a good thing.  Wouldn't it be a good thing if I were to teach my students how to search for their own good books?  And teach them  how to secure these books for their reading pleasure?  I am excited about the possibilities.
